Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination.
Production Time
Every piece is handcrafted to order.
Our current production time before dispatch is approximately 5 to 15 businees days for the gags, approximately 25 business days for the corsets and approximately 45 business days for the catsuits. These timings are not guaranteed and may be revised and changed. Final production time depends on the selected items and our production workload.
Because each product is made individually by hand, production times may vary. We appreciate your understanding.
You will receive tracking information as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.
Shipping Time
The estimated delivery time after dispatch ranges from 2 business days up to 2 weeks, depending on the destination and the shipping service.
Estimated transit times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or customs authorities.
If import duties, taxes, or customs fees are refused or remain unpaid, the shipment will be considered refused by the customer. In such cases, the order is not eligible for a refund. This applies whether the shipment is returned to us or disposed of by the relevant authorities. Any additional costs incurred as a result, including return shipping, customs charges, storage fees, or disposal fees, are also the responsibility of the customer. If re-shipping is requested, a new shipping fee and all related costs must be paid in full before dispatch.
Risk and Delivery
The risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Any costs arising from incorrect address details, including re-delivery, return shipping, address correction fees, or other administrative charges, must be covered by the customer.
Once an order has been shipped, changes to the delivery address can no longer be guaranteed. If needed, we may contact the carrier to request an address change on your behalf, but we cannot guarantee that the carrier will be able to make this change.
Return Shipping Costs
We cover return shipping costs for approved warranty claims, including items confirmed as defective or damaged upon delivery.
In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
