Order Cancellation & Refund

All orders are handcrafted and made individually to order.
Order cancellation is possible within 48 hours after the order has been placed. After this period, cancellations may only be considered on a case-by-case basis and solely at the discretion of Moanspeak. 
If production has already started, a reasonable fee for completed work and used materials may be deducted from the refund amount.
Orders that have already been completed and shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.

We highly value the health and safety of our customers, which is why, due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept them back after purchase. This ensures the highest standards of hygiene for all our clients.

However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, rest assured that we stand by the quality of our offerings. All our products are covered by a 2-year warranty. Should you discover any defects, we will promptly refund the full value of the product and facilitate its return at the expense of the manufacturer. Our goal is to ensure that your online shopping experience with us is not only convenient but also completely risk-free.
