Product Safety and Care

Moanspeak products are intended for adults (18+) only.
Keep products and packaging out of reach of children and pets.

Gag Safety Instructions: 

• Do not use while sleeping. It is not recommended to use a gag while lying on your back.
• Take regular breaks to rest your jaw and facial muscles. 
• Do not use if you feel unwell, sleepy, or not fully alert (e.g., after alcohol, drugs, or sedatives).
• Always ensure you can breathe freely through your nose before and during use.
  Mouth breathing may be difficult or not possible while wearing a gag.
  
• Stop using and remove the product immediately if you experience any difficulty breathing through your nose, nausea, dizziness, numbness, pain, or any other discomfort. 
• If you have nasal congestion, respiratory conditions, or jaw/teeth issues, consult a qualified professional prior to use.
• Keep safety scissors or another quick-release method available to remove straps quickly.  
• Do not replace straps, hardware, or any parts. Use the product only as supplied.
  If you believe a minor adjustment could make the gag more comfortable for you, contact us first and do not modify anything until we have reviewed your case.
  
• Inspect the product before each use. Do not use it if you notice cracks, tears, loose hardware, or any damage.
• For hygiene reasons, we recommend personal use only.
  
  

Cleaning & Hygiene (minimum safe practice): 

Clean the silicone part before first use and after each use with warm water and mild soap, then rinse thoroughly and dry completely. You may also use a mild, non-bleach disinfectant solution, following the manufacturer’s instructions.
The silicone part is designed to withstand boiling and can be boiled for thorough cleaning. If you boil the silicone part, remove the leather straps first and never boil them.
Be cautious with leather straps: exposure to excessive moisture may cause deterioration. Wipe straps with a slightly damp cloth and dry them thoroughly. 

Product Care:

Store the product clean and dry, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
To maintain the durability of your gags and straps, avoid contact with sharp objects, acids, solvents, or gasoline.
Store away from perfumes, essential oils, medicines, chemicals, and other strongly scented products to prevent odor transfer. If any odor occurs, wash the silicone part with warm water and mild soap, then rinse and dry completely. The silicone part can also be boiled briefly to help reduce odors.

Please include: your order number, product model, a description of the issue, photos (if applicable).
We will assess the case and take appropriate corrective actions.
