Guide to Choosing the Right Head Harness Size
The standard measurement used to determine the correct head harness size is the circumference around the head following the lip line and the top of the neck.
Use a flexible measuring tape to take this measurement, then compare the result with the size chart below.
| Harness Size | Circumference Along Lip Line & Top of Neck (cm) | Circumference (inches) |
| XXS | 37–41 cm | 14.6–16.1 inches |
| XS/S | 41–48 cm | 16.1–18.9 inches |
| M/L | 48–55 cm | 18.9–21.7 inches |
| XL/XXL | 55–62 cm | 21.7–24.4 inches |
| XXXL | 62+ cm | 24.4+ inches |
Each harness size covers a wide adjustment range. Buckles positioned on every axis allow you to fine-tune the fit anywhere within the corresponding size range.
How to Measure Correctly
- Lift and tilt your head upward as shown in the reference image. This is important for obtaining the correct measurement.
- Wrap a flexible measuring tape around your head, following the line of your closed lips and passing over the top of your neck.
- Keep your lips closed during the measurement.
- Make sure the measuring tape rests lightly against the skin. It should fit snugly, but it should not be pulled too tightly.
- Compare the measurement with the size chart above and select the corresponding harness size.
These recommendations will help you choose a head harness that fits securely and comfortably.
